The annual International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) conference
offers MapInfo-Thompson a perfect venue for solidifying its position
as the retail industry’s leader in location, market, and
customer research.
At the ICSC 2003 show, the stakes were even
higher than usual. MapInfo had recently acquired Thompson Associates.
Long-standing
Thompson clients needed assurance of the company’s continuing
commitment to expert consulting and analytical insight. Plus, the
merged company wanted all show attendees to know of its expanded
range of services.
Our “Winners Circle” theme and graphics
were conveyed in booth displays as well as advertising, direct
mail, and collateral
tied to the event. They succeeded in initiating just the type of
constructive client interaction that MapInfo-Thompson intended.
