The site we developed for Hardwood Solutions is, first and foremost, a tool for client support. In the password-protected "Information Center," clients can check the status of their hardwood programs and review the schedule of upcoming activities. Soon the site will provide a fully functional, perpetual database of clients' hardwood initiatives, with reports on usage patterns, cost trends, inventory levels, and order submissions.

Another password-protected area, called "Management Forum," offers a collection of hardwood industry articles, research studies, and management tools compiled by Hardwood Solutions for the benefit of its clients.
